While this is a 1.5 hour drive from Vernon to Summerland , it is really a great day. We will start at Sumac Ridge, Harry McWaters who started this winery was also instrumental in the development of the wine industry here in the Okanagan - so its a great place to start our day. Then on to Dirty Laundry - a fun location with great views, Thornhaven is also a great boutique winery. We will have lunch at Evolve - great food and amazing views. Our afternoon is spent exploring more of the wineries like 8th generation before we start home to Vernon - where time permitting we will stop again en-route to sample some of our vines great wines
